How long does shipping take?
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Dropship and preorder items may take longer — estimated timelines are listed on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items — check the product page for details.
Can I return a product?
Yes, for items that arrive damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or materially not as described. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photos. See our Return Policy for full details.
Are your POP figures authentic?
Yes. All POP figures sold through Hacker POPtides are authentic licensed products.
What does ‘dropship’ mean?
Some items ship directly from our partner warehouse rather than our own inventory. These listings are labeled accordingly and may have longer handling times.
