Processing Times
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Dropship and Preorder Items
Items shipped from our partner warehouses or listed as preorders may have extended handling times. Estimated timelines are stated on the product page. These items may be shipped separately from in-stock items in the same order.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order using the Track Your Order page on this site.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods may affect delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@hackerpoptides.com within 3 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
